01. Project Selection

Submission of spatial parameters does not guarantee project acceptance. Void & Volume selects clients based on alignment with our minimalist ethos and availability in the Austin, TX region.

02. Material Variance

Due to the nature of raw materials (carbonized wood, concrete, steel), slight textural variances are expected and considered part of the design integrity. Project timelines are subject to supply chain fluctuations.

03. Intellectual Property

All designs, schematics, and spatial audits remain the intellectual property of Void & Volume until final deployment and payment are completed.
